Return Process

  Log into your Unze London account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization.

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the unworn items back into their original box with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
